Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return it (5) days after the package is received. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned products. All returned product must be in new condition and uninstalled. Shipping is non refundable. You must inform us via email (downstarinc@gmail.com) before you send back your items. At Downstar Inc. we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any comments please let us know!
Shipping:
All purchases are shipped via USPS or UPS. Most International orders will ship via UPS. The flat $8.50 shipping only applies to US residence. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. We try our hardest to ship out our products in a prompt manner but in rare cases, your package may take a bit longer than expected. We usually answer emails within hours, So if you have any questions regarding your order, email us at (sales@downstarinc.com). International packages must go through customs which will also delay the delivery of your package. Please be patient and contact us with any questions or concerns.
International Orders:
We ship to Australia, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland and United Kingdom. We charge a flat $45 for shipping. If the shipping charge exceeds $45, we will email you an invoice for the remainder of the shipping cost. If you are outside of the countries we ship to, please contact us at sales@downstarinc.com with your order and we will get you taken care of!
